2. SHIPPING TIME POLICY

Gioventù must ask the client for a fixed telephone number of the place where the product will be delivered and confirm that the beneficiary of the product actually works or lives at said address. The delivery of the product must be door to door. For no reason the delivery must be made in a different place than previously agreed, be it home address or place of work.
For the shipment of the products abroad, the Cargo service of contracted logistics companies will be used, and its cost will be prepaid by the client together with the purchase order. The delivery time will be the one established by the Contracted Logistics Charge service.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer can cancel cosmetic product orders from their mobile device, tablet or computer, before they enter the shipping process. In the case of management of the payment system by deposit or bank transfer, this process does not apply.

4. RETURN POLICY
